I've created a staging environment and select it to copy from production environment.
The documentation says I need to approve before it takes effect (i need to change variables, connections, etc) BUT the services started right away and got deployed/running. This made the staging environment apps connect to external services and perform work.
How can I duplicate the environment but only start the machines ONCE i decide to apply the changes?
(it applies to environment, not a specific app)

Hello,
1. Create an empty environment.
2. Switch to that environment.
3. Click the Sync button.
4. Choose the environment to sync from.
5. Make your changes.
6. Click Deploy when ready.
