Creating Containers fails

I have been trying to deploy from github all day. Builds are succeeding, but deployment hangs after ~26 minutes on Creating Container with no logs.

Earlier I assumed this was a GitHub issue as mentioned in the status update but now that seems to be solved so I am not sure what is going on.

I really need to get a patch up to fix a bug.

Please try deploying again, either via GitHub or the CLI.
