Hi there,
I've been trying all day to update an API key in my project dcb4efd8-0c33-40bf-b3eb-5e9a54bd1962, service LiveKit Agent - It builds from the cache quickly, but then gets stuck for ~28 minutes on "Creating containers…", then times out. The "Web UI" service in this project builds and deploys fine, both are in us-east-4, and I don't have any health check set. It just needs to start my script so that a LiveKit agent can connect out and wait for sessions to respond to.

Are you still having this issue? This normally means a busy queue, Railway had an incident earlier today and those affected by it could be filling up the queue now.
