That's correct, you'd need to connect one Github account to one Railway account

Yup, this is possible! When a team is created, a payment method is linked to that team — you'd just need to use the payment method you'd like for each team and they will get billed separately.

Thanks for the clarifying. The separate cc's on different teams might work, but ideally you could connect a single github account multiple times for separate orgs - like vercel has the ability to do.
