I was testing on free plan, had like 3,8$ left out of 5 and 22 more to go.

Pushed new comit to git, nothing. No new build from railway. Last succesfull was 1 hour ago since then nothing. Tried restarting, refreshing, redeploy, usual stuff>

Than with one more F5 credits gone and trial maxed out.

Did nothing unusual and cant see my project usage.

Your workspace still shows a $3.98 credit balance, so the credits haven't been consumed. However, the workspace subscription state is currently inactive, which would prevent new builds from being triggered. To restore deploy functionality, you'll need to subscribe to a paid plan at railway.com/workspace/plans. If you upgrade while trial credits remain, the balance will carry over.

Same issue here. I still had at least 15 days left of the trial and it says that my trial is over, even though neither the full amount of credits or the full number of days was used.

@marrehuan — we saw a transient issue today that briefly flipped a number of trial workspaces into a maxed-out / inactive state even though credits and trial days remained. Most affected workspaces self-corrected within an hour or two.

Could you confirm whether your trial is still showing as over right now, or has it recovered? A hard refresh and logout/login often clears the stale state. If it hasn't recovered, please open a new thread (since this one is marked solved for wilkuu002) and we'll look at your credit ledger directly.

Same situation , have 4,90$+- , used it for 2 days. But trial is mixed out and i need to upgrade to next plan. Some explanation pls or some respond?

We're aware of the issue and have it linked to our incident on May 19th. The team is actively investigating both the Usage page failures and the credit/balance inconsistencies that surfaced after the outage, and we're working on a fix now.
