Cron jobs are available on the Hobby Plan. There are no plan-specific restrictions mentioned in the pricing documentation that I can see.
To set up a cron job on your service:

1. Go to your service Settings,

2. Scroll to "Cron Schedule",

3. Select a cron option from the dropdown or set a schedule

4. Save
