Custom apex domain stuck on “Waiting for DNS update”

Hi! I have a custom apex domain stuck on “Waiting for DNS update”.

  • www.voleibolstats.com works correctly

  • apex domain voleibolstats.com points to 76.76.21.21

  • DNS is correct and propagated

  • Domain has been pending for more than 24h

  • Project ID: 5ff1a682-8e7d-4edf-89d9-dce7496c6a1d

Could someone trigger a DNS / SSL revalidation for the apex domain?

The record has to be a CNAME at this time, you should use a service like Cloudflare for CNAME Apex flattening

Hi, I’ve fully moved the domain to Cloudflare and set CNAME flattening.

Current setup:

  • Cloudflare is the authoritative DNS

  • @ → CNAME → izxehs31.up.railway.app (DNS only)

  • www → CNAME → izxehs31.up.railway.app (DNS only)

  • www works correctly

  • Apex domain has been re-added multiple times

  • Still stuck on “Waiting for DNS update”

Could you please manually trigger the apex domain validation / SSL provisioning?

You have to create a custom domain for both the subdomain and apex

You could also just set up the www subdomain to redirect to the apex domain
