  • Issue: Custom DNS records stuck in pending state

I've tried removing and re-adding the custom domain, etc., and checked that the TXT record is reachable and serving the correct value.

Is there a way to kick off get the verification to run again manually?

It's becoming an issue as SSL certs aren't being generated and I have clients complaining that the website isn't safe.

Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

If Railway doesn't validate the domain within a few hours, try removing the domain from Railway, wait for ~10-15 mins, then add it back.

Id verify the CNAME too, not just the TXT. Railway needs both records to line up before it can issue the cert, so for app.ufitstudio.co.uk , check that the subdomain CNAME points exactly to the Railway target shown in the domain panel, with no proxy/flattening weirdness in front of it and If you find that both records are correct globally and its still pending after a while, then try removing the custom domain, delete old DNS records, wait a bit for Railway/DNS state to clear, thn add it fresh so it generates a clean set.
