I have created my custom domain and made all the DNS entries, but it's still not resolving in Railway nor producing a SSL certificate.

Don't think there's really anywhere else...
Unfortunately, the only two things I can tell you is to make sure you have added the CNAME and TXT records as instructed by Railway when adding the domain.
Assuming the records were correctly added, and Railway still doesn't validate the domain within the hour, I'd try removing the domain from your DNS provider, waiting for ~10-15 mins, then add the records back.

I did that already. Confirmed all the entries. I also tried removing it from railway and trying again.
