Domain IDs: 78802846-7e98-476d-9f25-60e34d210d13 (vertixo.agency), b0fd53a8-1913-4f30-a55a-8e97d4abbc8e (http://www.vertixo.agency)
Custom domains added ~06:57–06:58 UTC on 2026-08-06. Over an hour later (now ~08:00+ UTC), HTTPS requests to both domains still serve Railway's fallback wildcard cert (CN=*.up.railway.app) with header x-railway-fallback: true, instead of a certificate issued for the actual domain.
- GraphQL domains query reports syncStatus: "ACTIVE" and dnsRecords.status: "DNS_RECORD_STATUS_PROPAGATED" for both domains.
- Dashboard UI shows "Waiting for DNS update" (yellow warning on the _railway-verify TXT rows specifically; CNAME rows show green/verified).
- Externally verified via Google DNS (8.8.8.8) that both _railway-verify TXT records resolve with the exact expected values, and both CNAME records resolve correctly to the assigned *.up.railway.app targets.
I also manually called the customDomainIssueCertificate mutation via the GraphQL API for both domain IDs — it returned true but updatedAt and the cert state haven't changed since.
This looks like the cert provisioning pipeline never triggered after DNS verification completed. Could someone check the cert issuance logs for these domain IDs and manually trigger issuance if needed?

The TXT verification records for both domains have a doubled railway-verify= prefix. For example, the value resolving at _railway-verify.vertixo.agency starts with railway-verify=railway-verify= instead of a single railway-verify=. The same doubling is present on _railway-verify.www.vertixo.agency. Update the TXT record values at your registrar so each contains exactly the token shown in your domain settings (with a single railway-verify= prefix, not two). Once the corrected values propagate, certificate issuance should proceed, and you can reply here so we can re-check.
