empty array — no cert issued. curl https://api.vx-downloader.com/healthz fails with SSL exit 60 (Fastly default cert served, not LE matching CN). Already tried delete + re-add of
custom domain once ~9.5h ago, issue persists. Could you trigger a manual cert reissue or check why ACME isn't completing on Railway's side?

You need to add a TXT record to _railway-verify.api.vx-downloader.com.
