Dear Railway Team,
My custom domain has been stuck at CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_ISSUING for
about 3 months (added 2026-06-03). DNS is verified and correctly propagated.
I temporarily disabled Cloudflare proxy (DNS-only) to let validation complete,
but the status hasn't changed after several hours, and TLS responses are
inconsistent across edge nodes (some serve the correct cert, some fall back
to *.up.railway.app).
Could you please manually trigger a certificate re-issuance?
