Two custom domains have been stuck at certificateStatus=CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP (verified=false, no certificateErrorMessage) for 1+ hour:
- www.ecommercemanage.com (id 92a1ad80-3771-449f-8673-0be730637191) — CNAME -> m1242ero.up.railway.app
- ecommercemanage.com (id 047f0bc0-bf1c-4c3d-9324-982923a73860)
DNS is correct and detected: dnsRecords show DNS_RECORD_STATUS_PROPAGATED. The app is healthy (web-production-cf82b.up.railway.app returns 200), but the custom domains return 404 "Application not found" over HTTPS (edge is serving the default *.up.railway.app cert), because the cert never issues.
customDomainIssueCertificate initially returned true, but repeated calls then返 "Not Authorized"/INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR, and some API calls return "upstream connect error / connection termination". Example traceIds: 6470616918105316580, 970337886222653437.
Please force/unblock certificate issuance for these two custom domains. Thank you.

Both domains are missing their TXT ownership-verification records, which is why certificates are stuck at "Validating ownership." The traffic CNAMEs are propagated, but at your registrar you still need to create two TXT records. Open each domain's settings in your service's Networking section, click "Show DNS Records," and add the TXT record shown there at the host and with the value it specifies. Specifically, each domain needs a TXT record at the _railway-verify host shown in the dashboard. Once those propagate, verification and certificate issuance will proceed automatically.
