Domain ownership shows verified:true for 30+ minutes, but certificate.status is stuck at CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP and the site still serves the generic *.up.railway.app wildcard cert. Stuck for 1+ hour after ownership verification succeeded — looks like a platform-side issue with certificate issuance not proceeding despite passed validation.
