Custom domain app.reamearcano.com on service reame-arcano-web (project c23a2de7-f471-4887-9e9e-397935ac4e82) has been stuck in CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP for 14+ hours across 3 delete/recreate cycles. DNS CNAME is correct and propagated (DNS-only, no proxy, no DNSSEC, no CAA). Current target: yasyiu5u.up.railway.app. Can you check the certificate issuance queue?

Pinned Solution

You need to add a TXT record for _railway-verify.app.reamearcano.com. If you are using the API to add your custom domain, you can find it in verificationToken under status.

Follow-up: the TXT record fixed the certificate — thank you!

Separate issue: an environment patch is now stuck in APPLYING for 3+ hours

(patch id 540dc35f-2504-4935-bb1a-f99490f0b8f6, environment

140a32bf-2244-4730-8fa7-3d6bbfbc85e0). It contains a volume unmount + delete

(we're migrating the service and its volume to europe-west4).

lastAppliedError is null. Could you unstick or cancel that patch?
