Project: Theri.App (ecea18ad-1f41-4d54-9565-6c01e34ad02b), environment production, service wildsoul-admin (9f6c46bb-32f3-4e36-83ea-627d7bb2bf6e).
Two custom domains are stuck in CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP:
- admin-pro.theri.app (current domain id f8b85a91-b534-4a68-8f5c-f8604e710262): stuck since 2026-08-31 ~21:00 UTC, across 3 clean delete/recreate cycles.

- admin.theri.app (id c09a8f7e-d2ec-4c74-8d3d-672e8c0bca7a): a brand-new probe hostname created today with the correct CNAME from the first second (1-minute TTL), also stuck 30+ minutes. This rules out hostname-specific ACME poisoning; it looks account/project-wide.
Everything external verifies green:
- Your API shows dnsRecords.currentValue == requiredValue (DNS_RECORD_STATUS_PROPAGATED) and syncStatus ACTIVE for both domains.

- The CNAME targets (sbydjkio / hohdiaem .up.railway.app) resolve and respond over HTTPS.

- No CAA records on the zone; port-80 path to your edge answers (HTTP-01 challenge path is clear).

- Let's Encrypt status page: all systems operational.

- The zone is on Cloudflare with the records set to DNS-only (grey cloud) during validation.
customDomainIssueCertificate mutations return true but the state never changes. A service redeploy did not help either.

Both domains show verified="false" because the TXT ownership-verification records are missing from DNS. Railway requires two records per custom domain: the CNAME (which you have, both are propagated) and a TXT record at the _railway-verify.* host shown in your service's Settings under Networking. Without the TXT record, the domain never verifies and the certificate stays at VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP. Add the TXT record for each domain in Cloudflare using the hostname and value shown in the Railway dashboard, and verification and certificate issuance will proceed.
