I added a custom domain, added a DNS record corresponding to the specified Railway and as a result, for the fourth day already it says issuing a TLS certificate and the domain is not working yet. Is this how it should be, what is it taking so long and how long should I wait if so, or is something wrong?

you would want to be using cloudflare's nameservers

Yes, I'll try to use it. I've already changed it to another domain on Cloudflare, I'm waiting, we'll see..

Everything worked out, I changed the domain to CloudFlare, it went quickly and successfully, thanks for the advice!
