Hi,
I have added custom domain to my service "family-directory", but SSL certificate is not yet attached to this domain. Can you please check and help?

As I have said before, your SSL is working just fine**. It's something on your end,** and I advise you to stop trying to remove/re-add the domain, as that can make you hit the Let's Encrypt weekly certificate limit.

Your custom domain api.sampark-setu.in is verified, DNS is propagated, and the SSL certificate is valid and complete. It should be working normally now.

When I invoke https://api.sampark-setu.in/ in my chrome browser, I still do not see SSL certificate and Chrome gives error "Your connection is not private"

Your CNAME record for api.sampark-setu.in is currently pointing to family-directory-production-9353.up.railway.app, but it needs to point to mo3nvyxi.up.railway.app - please update this in your DNS provider (GoDaddy) and the SSL certificate should start working once the correct CNAME propagates.

Updated the CNAME record with value "mo3nvyxi.up.railway.app". Can you please let me know why do I have "family-directory-production-4e56.up.railway.app" added to my service? Do i need this?

I am sorry, its still not working for me. When I try to access https://api.sampark-setu.in/ I still see the "Your connection is not private" error. Please find attached screenshot.

Try on a different browser and or different network.

I have tried on multiple browsers, multiple system as well. Please try to refresh multiple times and you will see that it goes to not secure. My guess is that SSL certificate is dropped and it not reattached. I have tried to remove and re-add my custom domain, but for some reason railway platform is not attaching the SSL certificate. Can you please help as this issue is going on since last 4 days now.
