"Custom domain mbare.online TXT verification stuck. The _railway TXT record is fully propagated globally (verified on dnschecker.org) but Railway shows it as unverified for hours. Can you manually trigger verification? Project: thriving-recreation, service: web."

Your TXT record is on the wrong hostname. Railway expects it at _railway-verify.mbare.online, but you have it at _railway.mbare.online. Additionally, the CNAME record for traffic routing is not configured. You need a CNAME (or CNAME-flattened record, since this is a root domain) pointing mbare.online to 6kp0rwdf.up.railway.app, and your DNS provider (Hostinger) does not support CNAME flattening at the root, so you would need to switch your nameservers to a provider that does, like Cloudflare.
