custom domain not available

When adding custom domain, it says its not available.
I had hosted it elsewhere before this and have removed the configurations there about 12 hrs ago.

Are you 100% sure you don't have the domain added on any other service on Railway?

the "Not Available" only appears when it's in use by another service

If its on railway then no, I don't have it on another service

I removed all connections from cloudflare, except google site verification

Ahh sorry, I just found out it was on production through another account, though that one had been turned off for a long time.
