Namecheap is your registrar, unless you're using them for just DNS which I doubt

I honestly don't know what's up with Namecheap, have you tried just using Cloudflare's DNS?

Im using namecheap basic DNS

I know these registrar build-in DNS setup thingies have difficulty with root domain CNAMEs sometimes

I have configured a cloudfare account after @Sam (Loudbook) suggestion. I'm going to try that. I'll need to wait a few hours to wait for the changes to propagate

That should only actually take a few minutes!

They say up to 72 hours but it really just takes 5 minutes

i already configured the new nameservers from cloudfare in namecheap registrar

never using namecheap DNS again

And they add a ton of caching and DDOS protection. It's a no-brainer.

yea, i used it in a prev job but because i didn't configure it myself it seemed like a hassle

but its very easy lol
