Custom domain
http://www.tfofantasy.com is verified (CNAME matches) but SSL certificate has not been
provisioned for 12+ hours. Getting 'train has not arrived' error. Railway-generated
domain works fine.

Your DNS for www.tfofantasy.com is correctly configured, with the CNAME pointing to the expected Railway target and resolving properly. Since the certificate has been stuck for 12+ hours despite correct DNS, try removing the custom domain in your service settings and re-adding it to re-trigger certificate issuance, but only do this once since Let's Encrypt enforces rate limits (5 duplicate certificates per domain per week).
