Hello there,

I have problem where my api stops responding from time-to-time. I tried to solve the problem using AI and it suggested changes and I have implemented them. It said I have to point to different CNAME than what settings suggest which I did but it did not help.

  • Project ID: 2010c293-d8c4-4d0d-b843-b98cd799dd09
  • Service: riderconnect2
  • Issue: SSL certificate not provisioning for api.riderconnect.io after adding to service domains

Regards,

Pratik

Your CNAME record should be set to what Railway has provided when you added your custom domain to your service, not cname.railway.app.

Ok I will change the CNAME back. Thank you!

Also have another question: I'm using temporary domain which also stops working frequently, it stopped 4 times in last hour. Why is that happening?
