Custom domain setup problem

Hi Team,
Im having issue while configuring custom domain.
I added following domain.
app.originmaster.ieSetup complete
Added following record on cloadflare.
CNAME
app
DNS only
but app.originmaster.ie is not reachable.
Can you help me please ?
