Here's what to send Railway support:
My custom domain refextract.com is not routing to my service despite being fully configured. The domain shows a green checkmark in Railway's networking settings and DNS records are correctly pointing to nujx9756.up.railway.app (verified via dnschecker.org with global propagation). However, accessing refextract.com returns a Railway "Not Found" error page with the message "The train has not arrived at the station." The Railway-generated URL (refextract-v2-production.up.railway.app) works perfectly, confirming the app itself is running fine on port 8080. I've deleted and re-added the custom domain multiple times, and each time Railway assigns a new routing domain, but the issue persists. This started after a redeploy - the domain was working fine for 2 months prior. Request ID from error page: 4aCT3ukARsi51nA_m3s_FQ. Please investigate the routing configuration for this domain.
