We are trying to point our website to a Railway build. We use namecheap.com for our domain.
DNS is fully propagated and verified — currentValue matches requiredValue in the API — but certificateStatus has been
stuck at CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP for over a day. The domain was recreated a few times during
troubleshooting, which may have caused stale state in the cert provisioning pipeline. Could you manually trigger
certificate issuance?

you need to edit the DNS settings, if you bought your domain at NAMECHEAP then add 2 new record a TXT record and a CNAME record
CNAME: finance
Value: eieq7h3b.up.railway.app
TXT: _railway-verify.finance
Value: railway-verify=3ff5d3667f6f5d2149f8f02bb6de1abffe3979b07407c72761bde5a9c91204ae
once you done adding it go back to your railway service and add the custom domain, and you are done
