Custom domain SSL certificate stuck in VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP for 4+ hours
Both adatiq.com and www.adatiq.com are in DNS_RECORD_STATUS_PROPAGATED and
verified: true state - DNS records have propagated correctly and stably
(confirmed with dig), INCLUDING both required TXT ownership-verification
records (not just the CNAME) - I've checked this specifically since I saw
a similar thread where a missing TXT record was the cause, but that's not
the case here; both TXT records show verified: true via Railway's own API.
Despite this, SSL certificate issuance has been stuck in
VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP for approximately 4 hours, and the certificate retry
command is not available ("only available after certificate issuance
fails"). Could you please check manually what's blocking the issuance?

Both custom domains now have valid SSL certificates and are serving traffic correctly. The certificate pipeline completed after the delay you reported.
