My custom domain lakewashingtonpress.com is verified (green check in Railway dashboard) but not serving traffic. The internal Railway URL works fine.

What I've tried:

Removed and re-added the custom domain in Railway

Updated CNAME in Namecheap to the new value Railway provided

Verified DNS propagation — nslookup confirms correct CNAME resolution

Flushed DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns)

Tested in incognito and different browsers

Both lakewashingtonpress.com and www.lakewashingtonpress.com show green checks in Railway but return ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Error: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on HTTPS. HTTP also fails. SSL certificate does not appear to be provisioning despite verified domain ownership.

Please force-provision the SSL certificate for this domain.
