• Target port: 8080
• Sync status: ACTIVE

DNS has been independently verified using Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1):

The application is running correctly and responding through the generated Railway domain.

The custom domain was created on September 4, 2026, and the certificate has remained in ISSUING far beyond the normal certificate issuance period.

Please check why the custom-domain verification/certificate issuance is stuck and advise how to resolve it.
