My custom domain casapi.vidyalabs.dev has been stuck in certificate issuance.
Service: cas_api
Environment: production
Railway domain status:
- Verified: no
- Certificate status: CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_ISSUING
- Target port: 8080
- Sync status: ACTIVE
DNS has been independently verified using Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1):

The application is running correctly and responding through the generated Railway domain.
The custom domain was created on September 4, 2026, and the certificate has remained in ISSUING far beyond the normal certificate issuance period.
Please check why the custom-domain verification/certificate issuance is stuck and advise how to resolve it.

Your DNS is set up correctly. The CNAME has propagated, and the verification TXT record matches the expected token exactly. The original verification run never picked that record up, so the domain stayed unverified and the certificate stayed at issuing.
We have started a fresh verification and certificate issuance for the domain, which can take a few minutes to finish. You don't need to change your DNS records.
