Custom domain SSL stuck in validating ownership for ~1 week - DNS fully propagated

Certificates for my custom domains have been stuck in VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP for about a week with no error message. Project: 86baaf0d-446c-4972-afcb-423f1486a129. Service: site (cd56ed6a-b677-46c4-b7a4-4dda861c0c41). Domain: www.getagentically.com (also apex getagentically.com). DNS is verified correct and globally propagated (confirmed via dns.google): CNAME www -> cmqx42co.up.railway.app (Railway's own domain-status API reports DNS_RECORD_STATUS_PROPAGATED), and the TXT _railway-verify.www record with the verification value from the dashboard is also propagated. The service itself is healthy and serving on site-production-3093.up.railway.app. I have not deleted/re-added the domain (aware of the Let's Encrypt duplicate-cert limit). Could you take a look and force a re-issue? This is blocking a product launch. Thanks!

Your DNS for www.getagentically.com is correct and the verification TXT matches, but the certificate workflow stalled before it could pick up the propagated records. We've started a certificate re-issue for that domain, which should complete within a few minutes.

For the apex getagentically.com, it still needs DNS records: the traffic record pointing to 15a1q2cp.up.railway.app is missing, and the TXT verification record at _railway-verify.getagentically.com (value shown in your service's networking settings) has not been created yet. The certificate for the apex will proceed on its own once both are in place and propagated.
