Custom domain SSL stuck in VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP despite correct DNS

Certificate for my custom domain www.jas-ledger.com has been stuck in VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP for an extended period. DNS is confirmed correct and globally propagated (CNAME www → k1rv4tpq.up.railway.app, matches Railway's own domain-status check). Project: jas-ledger (6369d1d1-a989-41d3-8086-4916f4b36bb4). Service: backend (19e1e7d2-9ea8-430c-8642-dab6229843c3). Could you check if the certificate workflow has stalled and trigger a re-issue?

The certificate is not stalled - it is waiting on a TXT verification record that has not been published yet. Your CNAME is correct and propagated, but custom domains also require a TXT record for ownership verification. You can find the exact record name and value in your service's Settings under Networking, next to the domain entry. Add that TXT record at your registrar, and once it propagates, verification will complete and the certificate will issue.
