Domain webux.acumon-intelligence.com (service web, project reskin-webui) has had no TLS certificate issued for many hours, across several delete/re-add cycles. DNS is correct and propagated — CNAME → pigdtmhe.up.railway.app; your own API reports currentValue == requiredValue, status PROPAGATED. The zone's CAA permits Let's Encrypt, and the host routes over HTTP (port 80 → railway-edge, no X-Railway-Fallback). The certificate simply never progresses past validating ownership. Please investigate or force re-issuance. The identical problem affects admin.acumon-intelligence.com (service acumon-licensing)

You need to add a TXT record for _railway-verify.webux.acumon-intelligence.com. You can access the content for the TXT record from the verificationToken property under status.
