Two custom domains on this service have been stuck for [X hours] at:
DNS record status: REQUIRES_UPDATE
Certificate status: VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP
Domains affected:
venushiring.com — required CNAME target favo9ker.up.railway.app
www.venushiring.com — required CNAME target 5ikg4zid.up.railway.app
I've independently confirmed via DNS-over-HTTPS (cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query) that DNS is correctly configured on both:
venushiring.com resolves (via Cloudflare's CNAME flattening) to 69.46.46.124
www.venushiring.com CNAME correctly resolves to 5ikg4zid.up.railway.app
Both _railway-verify ownership TXT records resolve with the exact tokens Railway's domain status API expects
Both DNS records are set to "DNS only" (not proxied) in Cloudflare
Despite this, railway domain status for both domains still reports the DNS as unmatched and ownership as unverified, with no change over [X hours]. railway domain certificate retry isn't usable since status hasn't reached a failed state.
Can you check what's blocking re-verification on your end, or manually trigger a recheck for these two domains?

Your apex domain is verified, the ownership TXT is correct, and HTTP requests reach our edge. The certificate is stuck at ownership validation despite verification passing, which is a state that needs to be cleared on our side.
For the www subdomain, our checks currently show the CNAME pointing to a non-Railway host rather than the expected Railway target. If you recently migrated from another provider, the old CNAME target may still be cached. Please verify in your DNS provider's dashboard that the www record points to the target shown in your service's networking settings.
