Dear Railway Support Team,

I hope you are well.

I am experiencing an issue while configuring a custom domain for my service. The domain modanclearpictures.rimosofttech.com has remained stuck on “Validating domain ownership” despite completing all required DNS configurations correctly.

Here are the details of my setup:

* CNAME record:

modanclearpictures → rhtqdnpd.up.railway.app

* TXT record:

_railway-verify.modanclearpictures → railway-verify=53e1b4b3e712c8613713...

* DNS propagation has been confirmed globally using DNSChecker (both CNAME and TXT records resolve correctly).

* I have allowed sufficient time for propagation (over 30 minutes).

* I also ensured not to modify DNS records during this period.

However, the domain still shows “Validating domain ownership” in Railway, and accessing the domain results in a certificate error.

Could you please assist in:

1. Confirming whether Railway is correctly detecting my DNS records

2. Manually triggering verification if necessary

3. Advising if there is any additional step required on my end
