Domains mcp.redstat.kz and api.redstat.kz are stuck at CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP for 2+ days. CNAMEs are correct and PROPAGATED (cj1v70ip.up.railway.app for mcp), CAA allows letsencrypt.org, the .well-known/acme-challenge/ path is served by railway-edge, plan is PRO, and the service's own *.up.railway.app domain has a valid LE cert. I already deleted and re-created the custom domain — the new order still won't progress past ownership validation. Please manually re-trigger certificate issuance.

You need to add a TXT record to _railway-verify.mcp.redstat.kz and _railway-verify.api.redstat.kz. You can get the content for it from the verificationToken property under status.
