billing.nxlist.com has remained in ISSUING / POLLING_AUTHORIZATIONS since 2026-09-09 19:34 UTC. Railway reports the custom domain ACTIVE, DNS propagated, and ownership verified. The required CNAME and TXT are globally visible; there are no conflicting A/AAAA records and no restrictive CAA record. Routing works to the intended service on port 8080, but a strict TLS request still receives Railway’s *.up.railway.app certificate, so the hostname fails SAN validation.

The Railway CLI certificate retry command is unavailable because the certificate is still marked ISSUING rather than FAILED. Please check the internal certificate issuance job and manually retrigger/re-issue it if needed. We have not deleted or recreated the domain because DNS and ownership verification are already correct.

Thank you. The re-issue has still not completed. A fresh strict TLS request now returns curl error 60: no alternative certificate subject name matches billing.nxlist.com; the edge is still serving Railway’s *.up.railway.app certificate. The domain remains ACTIVE and routing is healthy. Please check the retriggered issuance job and force/retry the custom certificate again if it stalled.
