Hi, I'm trying to add crystalbox.submit-portal.com as a custom domain for my service submit-portal in project profound-emotion (production environment).
The domain is stuck in "Validating domain ownership" state and I cannot delete it — I get "Cannot delete custom domain: an operation is already in progress".
This is also causing all new deployments to fail with "Error configuring network" at the "Deploy > Configure network" step, which means my application is completely down.
DNS records in Cloudflare are correctly configured:
- CNAME:
crystalbox→o48xk169.up.railway.app(DNS only) - TXT:
_railway-verify.crystalbox→railway-verify=7600e81fa3949812f578a4c93b2d6208b0c9ffbc6...
Could you please either:
- Force-validate the domain, or
- Remove the stuck custom domain so I can re-add it
My app has been down for a while because of this. Thank you!
