I've created a custom subdomain restaurants.qvivaresorts.com, i've added the cname and txt records, however its stuck validating the domain, I lknow my configuration at DNS level is correct because I've created other subdomains for railway projects and they all work fine, except this one.

Your DNS is correctly configured and the domain is verified, but the SSL certificate issuance workflow stalled. We have started a certificate re-issue for restaurants.qvivaresorts.com, which may take a few minutes to complete.
