The custom domain remains stuck at “Issuing TLS certificate.”
Current DNS configuration is correct.
Railway appears to be serving the old expired certificate while replacement issuance remains pending. Please inspect or retry certificate provisioning without requiring the domain to be deleted and recreated.

You need to add a TXT record on _railway-verify.reflogix.com. If you're using the API, you can access the content for it from the verificationToken property under status.

Try removing the domain from Railway then add it back after ~10 mins. (Via the dashboard)
