I have a custom domain pointed at bellvance.com, set up via NameCheap. I've removed the custom domain (from Railway) and the CNAME record (from NameCheap) and re-added them several times in hopes that I could get this TLS cert to get issued, but so far I've had no luck. Is there anything that can be done to get this going?

I've removed, re-added, and reloaded several times. No luck. The weird thing is that I added another custom domain name (bellvanceart.com) and that one had certificates in a matter of minutes, first try.

I was able to get a cert issued while I waited for a response from support by using a wildcard domain. Still waiting to see if I can get a normal domain to work.
