Hi, I’m having an issue with my custom domain usekavo.xyz.
The domain is correctly configured and ownership verification has completed, but the TLS certificate issuance appears to be stuck.
Current Railway CLI status:
Domain: usekavo.xyz
Target port: 3000
Sync status: ACTIVE
Verified: yes
Certificate status: CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_ISSUING
Certificate detail: CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_DETAILED_POLLING_AUTHORIZATIONS
DNS configuration:
CNAME @ -> ruf759ig.up.railway.app
The DNS records are propagated correctly, DNSSEC is disabled, there are no conflicting A/AAAA records, and there are no CAA restrictions.
The Railway-generated domain works normally, and the custom domain reaches the correct application when certificate verification is bypassed.
I also tried:
railway domain certificate retry usekavo.xyz
but received:
"Certificate retry is only available after certificate issuance fails. Current status: CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_ISSUING."
It looks like the certificate workflow may be stuck during authorization polling.
Could a Railway moderator or staff member please re-trigger or reset certificate issuance for usekavo.xyz without requiring the domain to be deleted and recreated?
Thanks.
