Hi Railway team,
My custom domain server.expertgraph.ai has been stuck on "Validating domain ownership" for over 12 hours. The DNS records are correctly configured and resolving globally.
- Service: eg-backend
- Generated domain: eg-backend-production-429a.up.railway.app
- Custom domain: server.expertgraph.ai
DNS records (verified via Google DNS 8.8.8.8):
- CNAME:
server.expertgraph.ai → 121ir5jl.up.railway.app (confirmed resolving) - TXT:
_railway-verify.server.expertgraph.ai → railway-verify=6c70a12da07dd8d09fbc3bfa2ef210ebaa6cff92344a72c501cf1d52c9da1221(confirmed resolving) - Verification: `$ dig CNAME server.expertgraph.ai @8.8.8.8 +short

The backend responds correctly when bypassing SSL verification (curl -sk https://server.expertgraph.ai/health returns 200), but the SSL certificate being served is still *.up.railway.app instead of one issued for server.expertgraph.ai.
I've already tried deleting and re-adding the custom domain. There is no retry button in the UI. Could you please trigger a re-validation or check if there's an issue with certificate issuance for this domain?

Hey,
Sorry about that. We have rolled out a fix for this. Your domains should automatically get issued a certificate. If they don't, please remove and re-add the domain.
