So I created a custom domain yesterday, set up the relevant records, and let it sit overnight. It was still stuck on "Validating domain ownership" this morning. I did some Googling and saw that deleting and recreating the custom domain worked for some people, so I tried that. It's been over an hour, dnschecker.org says the new records have propagated, and I don't want to keep doing the same thing if it isn't working. I did try the Agent chat and it told me to contact support, so... here I am. I'm attaching screenshots since it suggested that as well. Thanks in advance for any help.

Done. I'll let it sit overnight again and report back. Thanks!

So it looks llke it's up and running in the Railway interface, but actually going to havenoftheimaginary.net still results in "This site can’t be reached" etc. I've tried CTRL-SHIFT-R. Also it's working fine on haven-of-the-imaginary-production.up.railway.app
Thoughts?

I'm able to access your site just fine. Try accessing it from an incognito window or a different device. I'd try clearing your local DNS cache as well.

Huh, okay. It does work on my phone but it's still not working on Chrome. I flushed the DNS cache, restarted the browser, and also tried an incognito window. No go.

Try setting your DNS server to use 1.1.1.1 and see if it fixes the issue.

Hello morgan01110010,
go to chrome://net-internals/#dns and hit "clear host cache" , chrome has its own separate dns cache that flushdns doesn't touch
Hope this help you :)

I set my DNS server to 1.1.1.1. and also did a "clear host cache" in Chrome. No dice. However, I did figure out that havenoftheimaginary.net worked, but not www.havenoftheimaginary.net. Turns out I'd deleted a CNAME record that I shouldn't have. I replaced it. However, while havenoftheimaginary.net still works, www.havenoftheimaginary.net now yields a Railway error:
Not Found
The train has not arrived at the station.
Please check your network settings to confirm that your domain has provisioned.
If you are a visitor, please let the owner know you're stuck at the station.

I've included a screenshot of the error, my domain settings on Railway, and my DNS settings.
I'm guessing I need to create another custom domain for www.havenoftheimaginary.net, but since I can't do that without upgrading my plan, I just want to confirm that that's the case, and that there isn't something else I need to fix.
