Custom domain stuck on verification: the apex believerefer.co.uk shows the _railway-verify TXT as "requires update" and no certificate has been issued, over an hour after the records went in. The name is a flattened CNAME at Cloudflare to our Railway target and resolves to the target's address, and the TXT carries exactly the value Railway issued; both are visible in public DNS. www.believerefer.co.uk on the same zone verified and got its certificate within minutes. Could someone re-trigger the verification for the apex? The same thing happened to another of our apex names last week and a re-trigger fixed it.
