"Custom domain stuck on 'Waiting for DNS update' (Hostinger, root domain)"

Hey! I’m trying to connect my custom domain maxmotosport.eu to my Railway project.
My DNS is managed by Hostinger, which doesn’t allow CNAME records on the root domain (@).
I added an A record: @ → 76.76.21.21, as recommended.
I also have a CNAME: www → maxmotosport.eu.
The DNS has fully propagated globally (verified via dnschecker.org), but Railway still shows “Waiting for DNS update” and won’t move forward.
I tried removing and re-adding the domain, but Railway gives a new .up.railway.app address every time, and I’m worried about breaking things further.
Can someone manually verify the domain or force the check? Everything is configured correctly on my end.
Thanks in advance!

In my project for my frontend I have 2 public networking entities:
mydomain.com
www.mydomain.com

Port should be configured correctly, in my instance it is 8080.

Sounds like this has happened before.

can I suggest switching to cloudflare? I'd be happy to walk through setting up DNS with cloudflare

I switched to cloudflare. As for the problem I think there is no solution as Hostinger doesnt allow CNAME @ and then the railway.upp.app. So I'd kindley ask you to close the ticet.
