Custom domain stuck - subscription flagged inactive despite active billing

Project: witgoed-aanbod (workspace: artistic-motivation)

Issue: My custom domain (witgoedaanbod.nl) has been stuck for 2+ days. DNS/SSL cert are confirmed valid (verified via Google DNS, Cloudflare, and TransIP's own nameservers), and Railway's dashboard shows the domain as verified (green checkmark). However, visiting the domain returns Railway's "Not Found - domain has not provisioned" page.

Railway's own support bot found the cause: it says the workspace subscription is "inactive" and there's no running deployment. However, my billing page shows an Active Plan (Hobby Workspace), a valid payment method (card on file), one successful past charge, and I've now also completed a previously-missing billing address - but the issue persists.

The underlying service itself is healthy (the default *.up.railway.app URL loads the site correctly).

I've also seen similar reports in this channel: "Custom domain won't route as edge routing inconsistent across lax1 workers" and "Workspace restricted after payment" - both describe similar symptoms.

Existing thread with more details: https://station.railway.com/questions/custom-domain-repeatedly-stripped-from-s-9785a087

This is blocking our production launch. Would appreciate help from the team!

Railway only supports CNAME, witgoedaanbod.nl has an A name, hence it won't work

www.witgoedaanbod.nl does seem to have CNAME and _railway-verify configured, are you sure that the values match what Railway asks for?

I see in your screenshot that you don't have the www subdomain configured

witgoedaanbod.nl redirects to www.witgoedaanbod.nl on my end
