My application works correctly on:
https://tradebymeg.up.railway.app
(69.46.46.5)
But my custom domain resolves to:
www.tradebymeg.ru -> 4uxx6ga4.up.railway.app -> 69.46.46.116
and both
https://4uxx6ga4.up.railway.app
and
timeout before TLS handshake.
curl -v never establishes a TCP connection to 69.46.46.116.
Could you please check the edge routing for 4uxx6ga4.up.railway.app / 69.46.46.116?

I’m able to access your site just fine. It’s possible that your ISP or region may be blocking traffic to that IP. If that’s the case, your only option would be to use a VPN to connect to the site.
You can also try proxying the site through Cloudflare, but you’d need to migrate to Cloudflare’s DNS.
