Custom domain TLS cert not issuing — Sync: ACTIVE, DNS correct, ACME path reachable, but no cert after hours

Custom domain house.axtroai.com (service axtro-control-tower, project royal-os-stage, Hobby plan) shows Sync: ACTIVE and DNS is correct (CNAME to xgqb4fb1.up.railway.app, propagated; ACME challenge path serves HTTP 404 for test tokens), but the TLS certificate has not issued after several hours - HTTPS returns no cert. Domain id 632f923b-bcb2-495b-a142-cfbd1f95dcd7. Please force/retry certificate issuance.

You need to add a TXT record for _railway-verify.house.axtroai.com. If you are using the API to add your custom domain, you can find it in verificationToken under status.
