Hi,
I’m having an issue with custom domain verification for my web service (port 3000).
Custom domains:
- ateliermagique.ma
- www.ateliermagique.ma
Both domains are already added under Settings → Networking and both currently show “Waiting for DNS update.”
The routing records are green in Railway.
The required TXT records are also configured and publicly resolving with the exact values provided by Railway:
- _railway-verify.ateliermagique.ma
- _railway-verify.www.ateliermagique.ma
I verified both externally using Google Admin Toolbox Dig, and they return the expected railway-verify=... values.
However, Railway still shows the TXT verification as pending for both domains.
Could you please check why Railway’s verification service is not detecting these TXT records and whether verification can be retriggered from your side?
I have not deleted/re-added the domains because I want to avoid disrupting provisioning.

Your DNS records are correctly configured and the TXT verification values match, but the verification workflow stalled before it could pick them up. We have re-triggered certificate issuance for both domains, which should complete within a few minutes.
