Custom domain UI not showing DNS targets after transfer to Cloudflare

Transferred slopornot.sh to Cloudflare
Trying to assign a custom subdomain (api.slopornot.sh) to the slopornot-api service
But it gets stuck on "Waiting for DNS to propagate..." and never displays CNAME/TXT/etc targets
The networking settings show "Railway domain" even after the transfer - I'm wondering if the fact that slopornot.sh was previously a Railway domain is causing issues maybe?
